1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date of your item to request a return. To be eligible, your accessory must be unused, in the same pristine condition that you received it, and in its original retail packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please contact us at business@vimilion.com with your order number and proof of purchase. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions and the exact return shipping address. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

3. Refunds Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse team, we will send you an email confirmation. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

4. Defective or Damaged Gear
If an item arrives broken, defective, or incorrect, contact our team right away at +447454745507 or business@vimilion.com with a photograph of the issue. We will dispatch a brand-new replacement item immediately at no extra cost to you.
