1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–8 business days, while Express shipping takes 2–4 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package leaves our facility.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Vimilion LTD primarily fulfills orders across the United Kingdom and select international regions. Shipping rates and delivery windows are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your location.

4. Are your products compatible with all vehicle models?
Most of our accessories, including our AutoVac Cordless Vacuum, ProOrganizer Trunk Box, and LumaDrive LED Lights, are universal. For specific electronic items like the MagCharge Wireless Mount, your phone must support Qi or MagSafe wireless charging.
5. How can I track my package?
Once shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your courier tracking number. Simply click the link in the email or paste the code into the courier's tracking portal to view live updates.
